Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your gear fast
- Full tracking included
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
- Basic tracking included
International Orders
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note:
- Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may vary based on destination country
- All international shipments include basic tracking
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% stoked with your SurfVibe gear. If something isn’t right, here’s our hassle-free return process:
Our Return Policy
- Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Must include all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bikinis and Beach Wear (unless tags are attached and hygiene liner is intact)
- Lycras (worn next to skin)
- Custom Prints from our PRINTS section (made-to-order items)
- Used Bodyboards or Surfboards (FISH & HYBRIDS, FUNBOARD, LONGBOARDS, MID LENGTH, MINIMALIBU)
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely pack in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship It Back – Send to: SurfVibe Shop Returns, 482 Center Avenue, Fresno, US 93721
Pro Tip: Use a trackable shipping method – you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No worries!
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered!

- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
- We’ll send a prepaid return label and rush your replacement or refund
