Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Bikinis and Beach Wear (unless tags are attached and hygiene liner is intact)
  • Lycras (worn next to skin)
  • Custom Prints (made-to-order items from our PRINTS section)
  • Used Bodyboards or Surfboards (FISH & HYBRIDS, FUNBOARD, LONGBOARDS, MID LENGTH, MINIMALIBU)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your gear:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship It Back – Send to: SurfVibe Shop Returns, 482 Center Avenue, Fresno, US 93721

Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or color? Here’s how:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/wrong item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and rush your replacement or refund.
